Impressive, did you do the vocals?

Melody has got a nice chill feeling while dancing with the bass dives, then i felt it ended so fast.
The kick could be alittle louder or punch through the track more, the rest of the mix sounds well on my headsets but I didnt check it on my monitors/sub since it 2am :P

anyways thanks for sharing.

Pandasticality responds:

thanks for the review, no their not my vocals, i cant sing, their a fellow colleagues.

interesting, thought the mix was well done, only thing i didnt like was how it ended so quickly :P great work! fanup1

curious on what kinda synths did you tested?

hmm i'm guessing the low end could do with alittle power init for my taste :P

@1:00 could do with some taming of that hi-distortion, sounds like between 5-10khz maybe

anyways interesting work keep goin;!

ADR3-N responds:

Been playing around with Abakos, Adonis, and Texture 1.2, as well as Samsara kick, Black Noh Snare, and GTG free drum. Abakos is the hardest to work with. Glad you liked!

idk why but when the kicks started it kinda reminded me of the jackass partyboy scenes XD other then that i thought the triangle hits was kinda piercing for me. :/

DESHIEL responds:

Aw shit you noticed that it was a triangle? I tried to turn it into iron hammer hit because I dont have any real sample of it . xD

grats on tha car :O what kinda car is it?

YouriX responds:

haha thanks! Its a Renault Clio. Its a small and humble car and i love it!

man i wish i could make some melodic and energetic as this. I might have to practice some. :) but thanks for sharing i enjoyed every moment of the loop. :D

TheMightyApple responds:

Yeeaaah :)
Thank you ^^

some reason i felt like i was in an underwater cave haha.. as for reference the mix sounds good on my headsets.

Got nothing much to say about the structure of the piece since I myself still inexperience at ambient tracks.

all and all I enjoyed it. :P

Chemiqals responds:

Not too far off from the visuals I imagined while making it (deep underwater)! I'm glad that the mix appears to sound good and that you enjoyed it! Thanks for the feedback! =)

from my point the mixing sounds spot on... i do wonder what it'll be like with some vocals... my favorite bit started around 2:30 that breakdown with those two chill guitars then the addion at 4:00 really did set teh mood for me. :D

archangel221 responds:

Thank you for the review! :) much appreciated! I'm glad you liked the mixing, because I do all my recording work from home itself. Cheers buddy!

catchy, groovy, mixxy. Fan 1up.

TheMightyApple responds:

Yeeah :) Thanks!

the background arps really do set thee mood of the track. but not bad for a classic-step tune, got no comments on the mix itself, everything seems to be fine on my headsets.

ADR3-N responds:

Thanks for the feedback -- don't usually get detailed comments on my work, so I definitely appreciate it! I was considering taking out the arps, but I wasn't sure if it would loop so well without them, and I was going for a distinct sound. Glad you liked!
